Our Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Defendcounts Pest Control wants defendcounts.living to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes how we approach that. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible sites.
Steps We Aim to Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move around the site by keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label every form field clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from other companies, such as embedded tools, may be outside our control. We check the site now and then and fix problems as we find them.
If the Site Is Hard to Use
You can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@defendcounts.living and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
We welcome your feedback. Email contact@defendcounts.living and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened, and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. As we update this website, we will keep it in mind and keep making things better.
Tell us what happened
Tell us what you found in your home. We pass your request to an independent provider in our network, who follows up with you directly.
